Following the Vendor Summary, the Risk Register provides a consolidated view of the risks identified from the documents uploaded during the vendor onboarding process. In addition to document-specific risks, an Overall Risk Overview is presented, highlighting all risks detected across the vendor’s submissions.

Alongside each identified risk, Redacto AI provides an AI-driven remediation suggestion, outlining recommended steps and controls to mitigate the risks effectively.
