Reminder Notifications

The Settings tab includes a Reminder Notifications section that allows users to configure automatic reminders for vendors to complete the questionnaires that have been sent to them.-

You can specify one or more reminder intervals (in days) to notify vendors before the questionnaire’s due date. These reminders help ensure vendors complete and submit their responses on time.

For example - If two reminders are set for 1 day and 3 days before the due date, vendors will automatically receive email notifications exactly 3 days and 1 day prior to the questionnaire’s due date. This feature helps prevent missed submissions by reminding vendors who may have forgotten to complete their questionnaires.
