Add/remove SPOC (vendor)

The Primary Contact is the individual entered during the vendor onboarding process. This is the default recipient of the questionnaire, responsible for filling it out and submitting it.

However, the platform also provides an option to add an additional contact, allowing the questionnaire to be sent to another authorised person if required.
