Risk action

Open risks can be closed using the action button on the right part of the risk tab :

Within the Action Tab, users are provided with three possible courses of action for each identified risk :

• Accept Risk - Acknowledge and formally accept the risk.
• Reject & Escalate - Reject the risk assessment and escalate it for further review or investigation.
• N/A (Not applicable) - Mark the risk as not applicable in the given context.

Upon selecting any action, users have the option to add comments explaining the rationale behind their decision and may also attach supporting documents to substantiate their response.
