Document Health

The Document Health section provides a centralised view of all critical compliance and security documents requested during vendor onboarding. Vendors can upload files such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, DPA, VAPT, and MSAs to support risk assessments. Each document’s status is clearly displayed—Valid, Expired, or Missing—ensuring transparency. Missing documents highlight potential gaps, while valid ones strengthen the vendor’s security posture, helping organizations evaluate compliance readiness and associated risks effectively.
