Action Center

Action Center serves as a centralized hub for managing and taking direct actions related to vendor risks. It categorises actions based on the severity of the risks, enabling users to assign tasks to relevant team members for efficient resolution.

By default, critical actions are displayed at the top, ensuring that the most urgent items receive immediate attention.

For example - If a vendor document is approaching its expiry date, users can directly view or upload the updated document from the Action Center. This eliminates the need to navigate through each vendor profile individually, allowing clients to proactively address critical actions from a single interface.
