The AI Status section displays the Trust Center’s configured categories along with a Re-Index option. This allows users to re-trigger document processing, ensuring all content is refreshed and ready for parsing. Updated data then seamlessly supports the Ask a Question feature and the AI-powered questionnaire response flow.

Key process steps:

• User clicks Re-index to refresh document parsing.
• System shows Processing status during re-indexing.
• Status changes to Success once documents are ready for AI use.

This workflow guarantees that responses remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with the most up-to-date documents.
