Privacy Center

The Privacy Centre is the user-facing portal where individuals can view their past and current consents, manage them, and raise DSARs or grievances if needed. Think of it as the single point of interaction between the organization and the user regarding privacy.

Who uses it:

End users / data principals: Log in to see their consents, revoke or renew them, and raise requests.

Admins: Configure the branding, what consents are visible, and connect the portal to Case Management.

The main goal is to give users clarity and control over their data, while giving organizations a transparent channel to handle requests.
