Case Management

Case Management is the dedicated workspace for handling Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and user grievances. Whenever a user raises a request from the Privacy Centre : like accessing their data, asking for corrections, or filing a grievance, it lands in Case Management for admins to process.

Who performs what:

End users / data principals: Submit requests and track their status. Admins / Privacy Ops team: Review, verify, and resolve the cases within the required timelines. DPOs / Auditors: Access the logs and case histories for compliance checks.

The main purpose here is to ensure that every request is structured, traceable, and closed with proper evidence, so organizations stay compliant and users feel heard.
