Creating Notice

What is a Notice?

A consent notice under DPDPA is a clear and simple document that a company must present before collecting your personal information.

It professionally communicates the following key points:

  • What Data: An itemized list of the specific personal data to be collected.
  • Why: The explicit and defined purpose for which the data will be used.
  • Individual's Rights: Information on the individual's rights under the law, including the right to withdraw consent.

Consider it as the company being upfront and transparent about how they'll use your data, enabling you to make an informed choice.
