Get user consent history based on contact information
This endpoint retrieves a chronological history of consent events for a user identified by their contact information (email or phone number). The history includes purpose details, consent status, and relevant dates.
Args: organisation_uuid: The organisation UUID workspace_uuid: The workspace UUID payload: Contact information (email or phone) offset: The starting point for the consent history limit: The number of consent history items to retrieve
Returns: 200: List of consent history items 400: Error response with message and code
Error codes: - user_not_found: User with the provided contact info doesn't exist - user_id_not_found: User exists but has no identifier - unknown_error: Unexpected error occurred
Note: Future enhancement could include pagination for users with extensive consent history.
